1. 怎样评价学习某个专业是否可能成功或者不可能成功?应该参考哪些因素?请举例并简述。
回答: in terms of student,first, he should have interest on that major.second,he needs to be talent in or adept at that major.From the angle of major, it will be easier for the learners to be succeed if it is in demand when students graduate. For example, my major is electrical engineering, It has a lot of staffs to do with signal analysis and needs solid foundation of science subject and it is said to be in demand and easy to find job in the following 10 years.
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准,而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业,会有哪些潜在的问题和不足?请举例并简述。
回答: In my opinion, the term "success" here mainly means that the major is easier to find decent job and make a lot of money. if in that case,there will be three main potential hazards or shortcomings. the first one is the selector may mislead by the demands of the job market and lose his own interest. that will bring him endless sufferings in the whole life if he doesn't love his major and job. the next one is that there is a potential possibility to distort the students hearts which means it will make them live for money and social status. the last one is that it may function as wrong signpost that will lead a large quantities of students to the demand majors just for now. it will lead to severe disproportion on major and job selection which may cause severe unemployment problem.
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外,在大学阶段,学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力?怎样进行这些能力的锻炼?请举例并简述。
回答: First, interpersonal interaction. students need to expose themselves to the assorted activities. what they need to do is just being brave to talk with all kinds of people and show themselves as well as learning from others. Second,self-study ability. in our homework or internships, it may need student to study a new thing like matlab independently. So students should develop habit to think questions on their own but not to rely on their teachers. Third, management ability.students are supposed to try some jobs in various clubs or student union and do some projects together. Try to arrange everything well. At least, a college student should have ability to manage his own time schedule well.
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中,是否只有专业知识才是有用的?如果不是,还有哪些知识是有用的?为什么?请举例说明。
回答: Not really. Besides professional knowledge,live ability, communication skills and all kinds of knowledge which seem no use to the major maybe useful in the future life. There are no useless knowledge because you never know when you need them. For example, I am a student in electrical engineering. But who can guarantee that I can find a satisfied job in power plant or power grid company. As far as I am concerned, there are a large quantities of students who can not find job tightly relevant to their majors after graduation. so if we make a assumption that I got probation admission from the Microsoft,then java programming,c language and c++ which I used to regard as having no relations to power would be really useful to me.
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用?都应该如何去做?请分析并简述。
回答: Education institution should be helpful to let students realize what they are really interested in and would like to let it became a career.to achieve that goal, the fist thing to do for EI (education institution) is to supply a student adequate opportunities to try assorted things in the beginning and let him choose several things for himself.After that,the EI should pay attention to which one the student showed talents in and give him advice to lead him to that direction. Finally, EI should focus on teaching the student well. In the main time, it should remind the student that no knowledge is useless and never despise knowledge which seems being irrelevant to his major.
