1. 一般情况下，人们进行讨论会采取哪些方式，请结合具体事例分别说明？如果是你，你会采用题目中涉及到的一些方式来进行讨论吗，为什么？

回答：过去人们更经常面对面交谈，距离远的时候采用书信的形式。现在通常会采用电子邮件的形式、QQ、微信等现代化通讯工具或者是电话沟通。就我而言我，如果是讨论问题是我更倾向于电话或者语音信息进行沟通。因为电话是一个及时通讯工具，在讨论时大家可以随时提出自己的问题并且马上得到反馈。

2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点？请结合实际简述。

回答：问题通常是很开放的，并没有一个规定的答案或者是问题的回答都有一定的优点和缺点，但大家各有各的意见。我曾经上课时遇到一个问题就是在一群人工作时是一个人拿主意决定更好还是大家一起讨论出结果更好。我支持一个人拿主意，但是还有其他同学持有其他意见。

3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况？请结合实际简述，如果是你在讨论这种问题，你会选择哪种方式？你会选择上述之外的方式吗，请具体说明？

回答：会出现意见不合甚至是分歧很大的情况。当我们在讨论这种问题的时候，我们会采用电话沟通的方式，如果涉及到的人很多，我们会采用语音讯息的方式，因为这样每个人都可以及时发表意见。有可能我还采取视频会议的方式，这样更加直观、更加方便。

4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。

回答：特点：可以将想说的事情阐述清楚，适合发布通知一些事情。我们一般用它们传递一些通知，当需要向周围的人通知一些事情的时候，，我们习惯用邮件和信息。

5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。

回答：特点：直接、方便。合适。例如当我们就某一问题的时间不统一的时候，我们可以采用打电话的方式进行协商。

With the technology development, more and more communication tools are invited, like Facebook,wechat and QQ. Besides,emails and message are still a common ways to communicate with others. However, when we discuss controversial question, using email and message are not the smart way to deal with. When we discuss a question, we should express their views freely. And the communication between discussants should be convenient and direct. For me instance, once I was participated in a group discussion. However, the members in this group could not get together to discuss the question face to face. So firstly we arrange the problems that we need discuss. Then using the voice-messaging by wechat to discuss the details. And finally we had a fantastic experience and summarized the conclusion. Email and message are not suitable for discussing the controversial problems. Those tools can transfer large amount of information, especially the information in literary. Although email and message have their advantages, but they do not need for discussing controversial problems. Since the following reasons, I think telephone is the best way to solve the problems.
