In the society,it is respect to be a teacher,everyone has several teachers in their student's life.Some teachers impressed you for the whole life,some are not.We all want to meet a good teacher.Either our parents.A few people claim that school should ask students to evaluate their teachers.As far as I concerned,I competely agree with the view.
The first reason I want to put forwand is that teachers will give more focus on their teaching approachs by evaluating.Through the message students leave,teachers know their problem and will find ways to recover it.For instance,my college teacher who teaches us major class,he made us misunderstand,we all could not grasp the main idea of this class,almostly no one got a great grade in finnaly.It made him feel shock and wanted to see what happened.According to our message,he knew his information is so abstruct that students could not grasp idea.After that,he made a little change and this thing never happen again.
The second reason also can not be ignored is that school can supervise teacher.Evaluating is a good method to get well know the teacher's teaching level.School will warn teacher who is backslide.Teachers also need to miss their students and how to make them get well knowledge rather than have a peace life.School will also let teachers go as they do not adapt their job.The evaluating just like a camera watch out teacher our day.
However,everything has its two aspects.Some students give their words irresponsible which make school confused.
