To successive persons, love, persistence, friendliness and hard-work are popular. for example, Edison tried almost a thousand times to creat light bumb. if he gave up before he gained success, he didn't creat the first light bumb. 3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

after becoming similar to folks, on the one hand, we can lose some creative thougts. for example, if Newton thought the same to other people, when he saw the apple falled from the apple tree, he didn't find 万有引力。 on the other hand, we can know the folks' condition. due to understand the folks' difficulties, we can find the source of problem in order to deal with problems.
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

有独特的性格和奇特的想法。在面对一个困难时，有自己不一般的解决方案。例如：司马光和一群小朋友一起玩耍时，有个小朋友掉进水缸了，别人还在想着怎么把人捞出来的时候。司马光已经拿起石头把缸砸开，救出了小朋友。当性格不合群时，容易使自己被孤立。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
