电子邮件无法展露出发件人的情绪。我们一般用于传输文件，及通知消息
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。

语音会直接对听到的事件作出反应。对于讨论题目不合适，因为没有时间思考

Today there are many ways to communicate by telephone,e-mail or text messaging.Each way have its unique advantages,when we need to dicuss some complexed thing,it is better to choose the e-mail or the text messaing as following reasons.
First,e-mail can hide our emotion.Reseaches have been show that when somebody hold a different view in the discussion,many peole will object it in their head immediately.This reflection may led us lose chances to communicate and that is a crucial part in resolving diffcult problems.
Furthmore,e-mail can repesent things more professional.Beacuse e-mail have a function to add pictures and videos,it is good for us to get more details what our group memebers think.
Using telephone and other vocie messaging have some advantages like saving time.But we consider the drawbacks are far weigh the disvantages for this sitution-discussing upsetting problems with others.
