1. 怎样评价学习某个专业是否可能成功或者不可能成功?应该参考哪些因素?请举例并简述。
回答: 可以从内外两方面考虑,内在因素可以是学习动机,如果是真心热爱的专业更可能取得成功;外因可以是社会因素,比如现在美国的汽车行业比较惨淡,在美国学习汽车就比较悲剧,而相对汽车,美国的航空航天技术比较有活力,前景也较好,更容易取得成功
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准,而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业,会有哪些潜在的问题和不足?请举例并简述。
回答: 很多人认为成功就是有钱,有权,这就会造成这些人过多的重视物质而忽视精神层次的追求,这样他们反而会因为眼前的利益而没有对未来长远的规划,举例2000年计算机行业刚刚在国内兴起的时候,工资高、待遇好,容易成功,而就在这几年里,大量的计算机专业或培训出现,导致计算机专业人才过剩,就业形势急转直下成为国内最难就业的专业之一
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外,在大学阶段,学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力?怎样进行这些能力的锻炼?请举例并简述。
回答: 健康,身体是革命的本钱,未来的社会竞争压力将比现在更大,这个竞争是一场拉锯战,如果不能再激烈的竞争中保持强健的体魄和良好的身体状态,一旦病倒,将丧失无数的机会,在这个社会里,机会都是稍纵即逝的。交际能力,人在任何场合或者工作中都不能缺少交际,良好的表达能力能够更好的展示你的思想和个人魅力,为你赢得更多的机会,锻炼方法,多参加演讲比赛,辩论会,多参加社团活动,主动结交新朋友。
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中,是否只有专业知识才是有用的?如果不是,还有哪些知识是有用的?为什么?请举例说明。
回答: 不是,为人处世,待人接物的基本礼仪、礼貌都是很重要的,特别是在一些公共场合。比如一个人代表公司出席某高端Party或舞会,这时,如果能够在一群有头有脸的人面前展示出良好的职业素养和礼仪,将会为自己和自己的公司赢得更多机会
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用?都应该如何去做?请分析并简述。
回答: 教育对学生的引导作用表现在,一个是课程设置,这方面要因材施教,针对不同类型的学生,照顾他们的学习特点,制定不同的培养计划,机构应提供一套完备的课程方案供学生选择,二是师资力量,教师的选择把关要严,机构人员的素质要高,不能出现一些败坏师德校风的败类,要保证高质量的教学,让老师用自己的个人魅力感染学生

The purpose of education is that it helps to make every student to achieve their final goals in society and their occupation.  In this way, I disagree with the view argued by the issue, on the other hand, I think educational institutions should allow their students to make decisions by themselves. Only in this way, these students can never feel regret to went to these institutions.
It is widely known that the definition of the success is varies from person to person and the how to judgment a successful person is also a difficult question that no one can make a conclusion. If a institution want to let its students to find their most suitable major, the first thing they have to do is to find out what are they fitness.  They need to understand every student such as what kind of working environment they like, to working in a group or working by himself.  So, how can the educational institutions can know which field their students are likely to achieve great achievements.  If these institutions do this work, it will no doubt become a enormous job that cost a large amount of money and lose opportunities to increase its salary to enroll outstanding teachers.
If these educational institutions did this work and make their students to follow their decision.  What if there are some mistakes in these institutions' researches ?  That would directly damage students' interests and their rights.  A little mistake may let a student follow in a area that he or she does not really good at it. Unfortunately, they have no choice because the institution made this decision instead of themselves.  
The principle of education is to offer the equal opportunities to every students to get their job promotions.  Additionally, those skills which are not professional are always important in everyone's future career. Take the communication skills for example.  In modern society, we must keep informed with others and communication skills can help every clerk or students to show what they have done and what they can do. Only in communication with others, boss or others could understand a person's value and his ability. In other word, the communication skills is even more important than professional skills in some situations. In this case, we can conclude that success is never supported by only one factor.
In a conclusion, my point is that the educational institution can prove students some suggestions in their choosing their own major. But they can not interrupt students' choice.
