回答: 由于忽略了自身竞争力的培养和管理能力的提升,德隆内部失去了活力最终导致了德隆的突然崩塌。企业在繁荣鼎盛的时候容易导致老总的专断独行而忽略了自身内部活力的培养

回答: 企业内部充斥着官僚主义,腐败滋生,员工无法在一个公平的环境下竞争,工作得不到领导的认可,创新的思维理念得不到认同。公司繁荣的时候可能导致领导者进取心减弱,与下属的沟通减少。
3. 更换新的领导会给事业发展带来什么好处和什么弊端?在一定时间内更换领导对哪些行业更有好处?请举例说明。
回答: 好处是增添了新的活力,弊端是公司需要一定时间新领导的工作方式,要有一段磨合期。对政治,商业会有好处。
4. 对一个领导者的领导水平的评判应该考虑哪些因素?是否能因为企业失去了活力就让他/她下台?请举例说明。
回答: 管理能力,决策能力,长远的眼光,应对危机的能力。如果一个领导者能及时发现问题的话并作出适当调整,就没有必要下台。但是如果领导者固执己见,独断独裁就应当考虑换人选,但同时需要考虑他对公司整体的贡献,是否他的下台会导致公司更加严重的后果。
5. 要让事业充满活力,可以有哪些手段和方法?请举例说明。
回答: 不断变革,适当的压力,建立优胜劣汰的用人机制。

The success of any enterprise is base on the leadership. From this point the qualificaiton of the puiscance level will decide the destiney of a company. As one of the most important factors, revitalization make a great contribution to the development of enterprise. I basically agree with the contention of the speaker tnat the surest path to success is to alternate leadership.
The revitalization is like a exhilarant made the whole company full of enery which will surely promot the progress of development. Following the new leadership, the new idea and thought will bring into the company. For the continous fallen company, it is definitely a big turning point, and for those who keep the stable development, the brand new leadership will become the propulsion to step into the higher stage. The return of Jone bush change the diversity of apple in the depression age of pc through the inventional design of transparant colorfull crust. Apart of it, another significant meaning to the alternation of power will enact a vital role in guarding against the occupation happen. Due to the mightness of power in leader level, people is easy to harness their rights to gain the benefits for themselves. At the same time it also more or less decrease the incidence rate of bribe from the inferior empoyee. No one will permenatelly stay in a position, in that case every behaviors that attemp to depend on the relationship with the superior will be unable to actualize which has an important affect in the field of buisiness, politics and goverments.
On the contrary, we should also see the point that like the business enterprise the clients are always come from the personal relationship. One leadership step down may mean the loss of a group of  clients. For this purpose, the alternation may bring the negative influence as well. What's more, the new leadership also represant the a long duration of adjustment. The ferior employee need to suit the new way brought by the new leader, in which the frequent adjustment may casue the eficiency decrease either. And for the education institution, the alternation may lead the extinction of a project which not only waste the previous investment, but also strick the confidence of some professors. Besides some project may unable to create the achievment in a short time, like the reaserch of  new clear power use in the ordinary facilities, and the tolerance for the existanse of such project is necesseray to the human being. However, because of the limited time in leading position, people want to gaining as much honor as possible during his time, and those project that can bring the benefits in short time will be valued much more than the long term project which will become the resistance of the development to human society.
Dispite the darker side of alternation,  this kind of mode is not suit to every company. For a new founded company the alternation is unable to actualize. The founder has not established a stable foundation yet, and there is no people want to manage thus company, besides the power alernation may add the more unsteady element to its own growth. As a result the alternation of power should base on the compnay with a scale in some degree. And for those small company the stable powerness may more suit ot its develop. Moreover, the alternation is not always the best choise. Changing the environment of competence, creating a relaxed working atomosphere and establishing a better system of judgment the people will also bring the vigor to a company.
In the fianl conclusion, the leadership alternation is unable to accepted in every field and any scale of company. Despite the effective side, we should also see the problem it will bring Only through the entire consideration should we establishe a good judgment to this mode.
