1. 怎样评价学习某个专业是否可能成功或者不可能成功?应该参考哪些因素?请举例并简述。
回答: 该专业的就业情况,以及将来可能的趋势,学生本身的学好这个专业的潜力
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准,而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业,会有哪些潜在的问题和不足?请举例并简述。
回答: 学生会丧失自己的与生俱来的兴趣,以及天赋去追求所谓的“成功”,如果学生都去追求那些所谓能获得成功的专业,而放弃其他的学科,人类的文化以及科学发展将会出现瓶颈,甚至导致崩溃。如果所有的学生都去学电子工程,计算机,没有人去学历史,哲学等等,人类的思想会变得不完善。此外,在没有正确的价值观的指引下,就算学生能在那些“热门”专业取得所谓的“成功”,而在道德伦理上失去理智,他们也是失败的。
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外,在大学阶段,学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力?怎样进行这些能力的锻炼?请举例并简述。
回答: 学习能力,沟通能力,团队合作能力,组织能力。。。
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中,是否只有专业知识才是有用的?如果不是,还有哪些知识是有用的?为什么?请举例说明。
回答: 在社会当中,专业知识只适用于解决技术上的问题,而在人与人的交往中,我们遇到大将不仅仅是那些问题。人际关系是一门学问,而与人相处的能力也是一种技能,如果一个人能够解决高深的技术问题却不能与人良好的沟通,将他的成果展现给别人,那他所做的一切都将是无用的
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用?都应该如何去做?请分析并简述。
回答: 教育机构应该多鼓励学生在他们感兴趣的领域进行探索,研究。不应该按照当今社会的情形去“误导”学生去一味的追求所谓的“成功”的专业。当然这并不意味着一个教育机构可以任意的给予学生自由,在适当的情况下,教育机构应该正确的指出学生在道德,价值观上出现的错误,及时纠正学生的问题,给与他们正确的指引。

Education is like a map that shows right directions for travelers to get to their destination.A good map may give people clear and right instrucitons,while a bad one may lead to the opposite result.The author  simply claimed that educational institutions should dissuade students from pursuing fields of study in which they are not likely to succeed.It is true that any educational institutions should give students guidance to help students to succeed.If a students receives good suggestions in time of need,it would save them a lot of energy to achieve their short-term goals.When Einstein was very young,his uncle,an engineer,told Einstein a vivid and interesting story about a hunter to hunt rabits to help him study algebra.Because his uncle told him :"think of  'x' as a rabit and you as the hunter,your goal is to get the rabit!".After that Einstein became very interested in math,because he never thinks math is dull anymore,he always thought he was playing a game.With a good suggestion at an early age,Einstein developed strong interests in science and math and ultimately became a great physicist.But to dissuade students from pursuing the things they like sounds absurd.The goal of education is help people to succeed in fields they are interested in.If a student just come up with an idea and is about to implement it,but he was told that his idea was not going to be successful by some "expert".He will be very upset and disappointed and may even become self-abased,thus no longer have the courage to throw himself into the things they are interested in.Besides,the definition of success is hardly to be explicit in some degree.A responsible educational institutions will not tell a student that you can not succeed in this or that.If they do that,the development  of human beings will be slowed and may even regress.Most successful breakthroughs in the human history are based on failtures and tryings.How you make sure that you cannot do something if you never try to do it?Only through tryings and improvement can one make their dream come true.Finaly,the appropriate way is to encourage student to try things out.A famous experiment conducted by a group of well-know researchers proved that encouragement will significantly influence the chance for to obtain outstanding achievements.The experiment selected several students from a high school and set them as the controlled group one,and the students were told that they are the smartest students in this high school and you should study in the same class with the best teachers.After several weeks,their grades improved significantly.The science of positive psychology also shows that appropriate encouragement will help one to obtain better performance in the filelds they are pursuing.Education is as important as breathing, good education can save us energy and time,thus give us better chance to be successful.We should try to find our weaknesses by failing and trying,and never say never.And that should be the voice we can hear from a educational institution.
