回答: 接受新的工作理念,新的风气,制度,但有可能新的领导不熟悉事业会拖后腿。 举例:美国总统任期制,NBA换主教练,使得球队战术变化, 好处:1. 新的领导为了稳固地位必然会或者是发挥才能,一定会对工作保持高度的热情和激情,从而促进事业的发展。 2.新领导可能会比原来领导的见识更新颖,毕竟代沟是存在的,思想的差异也是存在的,这就让做出的决策更适应社会和群众,同时也更能得到员工的认可。弊端:1. 新领导的经验必然是无就领导丰富,作出决策的风险就会远高于旧领导。2. 新领导刚刚上任,很难得到员工的认可和支持,只有通过真才实学证明自己的实力之后才可能得到其他人的尊重。 在需要知识不停地更新换代的行业更换领导会更有好处,例如,计算机行业

     The speaker claims that in any field-business,polictics,education,government-those in power should step down after five years because the surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership.As far as I'm concerned,I do not agree with the claim thoroughly since whether a new leader can bring a field revitalization is uncertain depending on different situations.
     First,it does have plenty of benefits to set a term limits in some fields.Say,the most archetypal example is the US's presidency,which play a significant role in consolidating a democratic culture.The term limits imposed on the leader render the president do their utmost to make a contribution to the populates he serves.And the election system will play a role in evaluating the capacity of the electrates.If a leader had corrupted,being not competent for the leadership,he would be stepped down by the wise populates.And normally,a fresh leader brings a up-to-date vision and conception of the field,which is of great benefits to some business.
    However,when a business is in declination ,we cannot blame all the disadvantages to the leader.There's possibility that the other factors play a leading part.The Chinese soccer is in awkward conditions for many years.And more often than not,both the arthority and the populats attribute the defficiency to the head coach.However,close scrutiny to the field,we have come to realize that the soccer field has been corrupted by some plays and
